Every PROTECT Fog Cannon® comes with a 5-year warranty* due to their exceptional reliability and high quality. This warranty is automatically included with the purchase and follows the Fog Cannon™ from the manufacturer to the end customer.

 

You do not need to register the product online to activate the warranty!

 

Please note that the warranty period begins on the invoice date from PROTECT™ to the alarm installation company.

 

*Note: The Fog Cannon™ model Xtratus®/Xtratus Flex® comes with a 2-year warranty only.

The warranty will be void if the product is not installed according to the provided manual, or if non-original parts or fog fluid are used by the alarm installation company or the end customer.

The PROTECT™ security fog fluid has an expiration time of 2 years from the installation of the fluid container in the Fog Cannon™ fog machine, and 5 years if it has not been installed and has been stored in its original packaging, in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight.

 

To ensure optimal performance and maintain the properties and density of the security fog, it is recommended to replace the fluid once it reaches its expiration date.
