The launch of the two new fog cannons is the culmination of two years of intensive development. The fog cannons are the fastest and most user-friendly models to date. PROTECT M80™ and PROTECT M90™ is the fastest and most powerful fog cannons on the market. The two models are 4 times faster* than prior generations thanks to the internal improvements such as a more powerful pump, a more efficient heating element and a new generation of PCB. Additionally, an optimized design, new mounting possibilities and lower weight makes the work of a professional installer much easier and faster.

It has never been easier to install a fog cannon

With the comprehensive software update from IntelliSuite™ 2 installers can now handle everything from installation to service, monitoring and troubleshooting with ease. Everything is intuitively gathered in one place without the need for technical support.

PROTECT M80™ and PROTECT M90™, which is reinforced with the advanced APEX Technology, have an installation weight of only 6 kg, which is 6,5 kg less than the previous 600i™ model. This does not only make them the lightest fog cannons on the market in terms of their output, but also the optimal choice for those who want efficiency in their installations.

But the benefits do not stop here. Installers will experience a noticeable reduction in installation time by as much as 15 minutes and a 30-minute reduction in service time.

For those who want hassle-free connection to their computers, our fog cannons now come with the option of connecting via a standard USB cable. The optimized weight and design make handling and servicing easier than ever before, and with countless mounting options. This also includes the option of using a mounting plate, which makes installation on walls and ceilings faster and easier. The easy handling is not only a result of the low weight, but also the compact square design, which measures 33x33cm.

PROTECT™ introduces a completely new generation of PCB with an ultra-flexible architecture, a powerful processor core and a comprehensive selection of expansion, control and network opportunities. Direct access to the PCB makes adjustments simple and fast, and our service button minimizes the risk of errors during service.

The fog cannons are equipped with an optic status diode, which allows direct viewing without opening the machine or removing the lid to check for errors. The installer will also appreciate the intuitive setting, which makes it simple to adjust the perfect amount of fog. With IntelliSuite 2 we set a new standard for fog cannon installation and service.

Unmatched performance with APEX Technology

The new PROTECT™ fog cannons deliver an unmatched performance and discharges much more fog in a remarkably short time. APEX Technology has renewed the fog cannons with a more powerful pump and an improved heating element, which raises the performance to new levels.

PROTECT M80™ can discharge 150m3 security fog in just 11 seconds, and 250m3 security fog in just 22 seconds. In comparison, PROTECT M90™ manages to discharge 200m3 security fog in 12 seconds and an impressive 300m3 security fog in just 35 seconds.

This astonishing speed makes the PROTECT M80™ up to four times faster than the previous popular 600i™ model, which took 60 seconds to deliver an equivalent amount of fog. For PROTECT M90™ this output is 4 times faster than the 1100i™ model.

This positions the PROTECT M80™ and PROTECT M90™ as the absolute fastest fog cannons on the market. The discharge is so powerful that it almost feels like an explosion in the room, which dramatically increases the desired shock effect.

It is worth to notice that the increased power is not only caused by the improved pump, but also the highly efficient heating element, which ensures an unmatched discharge speed. With these innovative updates, the PROTECT M80™ and PROTECT M90™ lead the way and sets new standards in the industry.

Efficiency and energy savings

PROTECT M80™ and PROTECT M90™ are not just fast and powerful. They are also the most energy efficient fog cannons to date thanks to APEX Technology. The two models use energy-efficient components that save on consumption.

Thanks to the new components, the two models present a lower standby power consumption and benefits from improved insulation. The warm-up time from cold is only 10 minutes and is therefore reduced by up to 50% compared to the 600i™ and 1100i™. This ensures that the fog cannons are ready in record time.

PROTECT M80™ and PROTECT M90™ introduce the effective Bag-in-box fog fluid solution. This system simplifies the process of changing fog fluid in the new fog canons. The solution consists of a practical cardboard box and an inner liquid bag, designed for easy disassembly and disposal. In addition to ensuring maximum utilization of the fog fluid in the bag, another advantage of the updated fog cannons is that they now use a single backup battery, as opposed to the previous two. This helps to make servicing the fog cannons more economical.
